About Us

Mid Columbia Engineering, Inc. (MCE), a wholly owned subsidery of NuVision Engineering, Inc. (NVE) was incorporated in the state of Washington in 1975. Initially, MCE provided engineering design and consulting services to the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) contractors at the Hanford nuclear reservation near Richland, Washington. Through the years, MCE has diversified and expanded into an extensive range of products, services, and associated areas of expertise. These segments include engineering, designing, fabrication, commissioning and technical staffing supporting the nuclear and other industries.

MCE maintains a fully implemented ASME NQA-1 (2004) quality assurance program and produces custom electrical panels with UL 508A and UL 698A certification for control of complex electro-mechanical systems. Our client base includes local, state, and federal government agencies, municipalities, and an extensive private sector clientele.

Corporate Management

Mid Columbia Engineering, Inc. (MCE ) was acquired in 2009 by NuVision, Inc. Under our new ownership, MCE has been substantially restructured and recapitalized.
